Pickup & Delivery Policy

1. Fulfillment Options

Depending on availability at the time of booking, customers may select:

  • Scheduled Delivery (when available)
  • Pickup at an Authorized Pickup Facility
  • Secure locker pickup at a designated partner location

Location details are provided after booking confirmation.

2. Authorized Pickup Facilities

Our Authorized Pickup Facilities are:

  • Controlled-access locations
  • Not open to the general public
  • Accessible only during scheduled pickup windows

Customers must follow all instructions provided in their confirmation email.

3. Delivery Services

Delivery is offered based on rental type, location, and operational capacity. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or logistical factors. An adult must be available to receive delivered items unless otherwise arranged. All deliveries are "curb-side" drop-off. Drivers will only unload in a safe, level location. Drivers will not unload any further than 25 feet from delivery vehicle AND drop location cannot involve stairs, elevators or other obstacles.

4. Access Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate location information
  • Ensuring safe access
  • Being present at the scheduled pickup or delivery time

Missed delivery or pickup windows may be treated as a no-show under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Security and Monitoring

Pickup facilities and locker locations may utilize:

  • Access codes
  • Time-restricted entry
  • Surveillance monitoring

For customer and inventory protection.
