Choose from 6 ft and 8 ft folding tables for dining, buffet service and event setups, or a compact square card table when you only need space for a few people. Folding chairs can be rented separately so you can build the setup that fits your group.
Choosing the Right Folding Table
6 Ft Folding Table
A versatile option for most gatherings. Plan on seating about 6 adults comfortably, with configurations for up to 8 when tighter seating works for your event.
8 Ft Folding Table
Better when you need more seating or serving space per table. Plan on about 8 adults comfortably, with tighter arrangements accommodating up to 10.
Square Folding Card Table
A compact indoor-only option for up to four people. It works well for games, crafts, small meals, cabin overflow seating or anywhere a full-size banquet table would take up unnecessary space.
More Than Just Dining Tables
Folding tables can also be used for buffet lines, food and beverage stations, gifts, registration and check-in, games, displays and temporary workspace.
If appearance is important for a wedding, reception or other formal setup, adding tablecloths is an easy way to create a more uniform presentation.
Planning for Pickup & Setup
Our folding-table inventory includes different commercial styles and manufacturers, so exact construction, weight and folding design may vary.
Some banquet tables fold in half while others fold only at the legs. If you're picking up a 6 ft or 8 ft table, don't assume it will fit inside a passenger car or small SUV. Plan for the full tabletop length and measure your available cargo space before pickup.
Two people are recommended for easier loading, unloading and setup of the larger folding tables.

How many people fit at a 6 ft folding table?
Plan on about 6 adults comfortably. Up to 8 may fit using tighter seating arrangements and the table ends. Chair size, table-leg placement and individual table design can affect the exact arrangement.
How many people fit at an 8 ft folding table?
Plan on about 8 adults comfortably. Tighter arrangements using the table ends can accommodate up to 10. Chair size and individual table design can affect the exact arrangement.
Can the folding tables be used outdoors?
The 6 ft and 8 ft folding tables can be used indoors or outdoors on a stable, reasonably level surface. Square card tables are for indoor use only.
Will a folding table fit in my vehicle?
It depends on the table assigned to your reservation. Some tables fold in half, while others remain their full 6 ft or 8 ft length with only the legs folding. Because a fold-in-half model is not currently guaranteed, measure your cargo space and plan for the full table length.
